Ally Bank: Customer Relationship Management Emails

Ally Bank asked Mythic to overhaul their customer relationship emails that are automatically sent when specific events happen within customers account cycles.

As project designer, I was in charge of laying out the emails and illustrating the various elements, as well as coming up with a new way to work inside the brand standards.

These emails are examples of when I pushed past the existing brand guidelines to develop a new visual language. Although the layouts were different, the typography, text, and button styles all maintained the original look and feel of the brand.

As a team, we were able to come together to overcome challenges of fast turnarounds on client changes, as well as creating files to be easily transfered between Mythic and Ally’s internal
creative team.
